General Wellness
There are many terms to describe alternative healing approaches, e.g., energy psychology, energy medicine, holistic healing, integrative healing, etc., many of these terms mean relatively the same thing and refer to the body’s ability to heal using natural means.
Holistic healing approaches have been studied and found to be effective at manifesting inner wellness despite not being classified as “evidenced-based.” Many people (myself included) experience positive energy flow, relaxation, and mental clarity after participating in these alternative integrative therapies.
MBG Mindfulness has a great article explaining Energy Healing
As an energy healer…
I’m often met with skeptical curiosity, which is totally relatable. As it happens, it was the same reaction I experienced upon first learning about how it works and what it does. Because I have worked in the field of behavioral health for over 20 years and have personally experienced traditional counseling for myself in the past, I value the amazing benefits of conventional psychotherapy. Though it absolutely helped me identify and understand my own beliefs, feelings, and patterns of behavior, it wasn’t until I started seeing an energy healer that my true wellness transformation took place. I was so excited about my energy healing experience that it inspired me to become an energy healing practitioner myself. ~Stefanie Summers

Crystal Healing
Stones or crystals are placed on chakra points of the body, held in one’s hand, or strategically situated around the body. Crystals are said to positively interact with your body’s energy field and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
Crystal Gridding
Crystal grids are used to manifest intentions and is a beautiful way to experience the energies of sacred geometry.
