Stefanie Summers of Deneki Wellness does not participate with insurance panels and is considered an out-of-network provider. Insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis to reimburse claims and they determine what type of therapies or treatment modalities will be approved.
Insurance companies determine the frequency of sessions, establish the length of treatment, and require documentation of your personal treatment issues, goals and progress. The decision to opt out of insurance networks allows Deneki Wellness to maintain your confidentiality and to have the flexibility to provide you with a unique array of integrative care methods, not otherwise possible under the canopy of westernized medical insurance.
A receipt of service will be issued upon request so that you may submit for reimbursement to your insurance company or heath savings account plan.

The industry standard time for a psychotherapy session is 60 minutes. Our sessions will last for 50-minutes and the remaining 10-minutes will allow Stefanie to document the session for record keeping.

Your intake session will involve psychotherapy only; Mix & Match will be made available after your initial psychotherapy intake session. With the Mix & Match wellness option, you can typically expect about 25 minutes of psychotherapeutic discussion and 25 minutes of energy healing. That said, times for each may vary depending on your needs, and will be discussed and agreed upon during session.
